im a 15 yr old guy and i feel gross rite now kux i havent worked out...i have soo much to study for school...my friends have gfs and bfs and i dont...im stressed...im thin, but not toned..speccially im kinda have a chubby tummy, and i want to get rid of it but im just soo frustrated now..and im going away in the summer for 2 months and i need to get fit (not even the trip motivates me)
=[...also i eat alot and my tummy is not toned yet ..i used2 wokr out 2-3 times a week.now i dont =[...more school pressure and demanding parents....im soo stressed i dont know wht to do. please help me. how do i get motivated again?! im rlly about to just collapse...ahh whts wrong with me? is this normal? please help...i want to do soo many things but im just not feeling motivated... why is everything against me?! im soo confused and i get tired sumtimes too I NEED HELP...im frustraded and deprresed=[.

Relaaaax! If you're thin, leave it. Who cares about looks anyway? You'll find a girl no matter what, and if you wanna get trim or toned, do your homework while walking on a treadmill or stair-stepper, or lift weights with your extra hand while writing a paper, and if you can write with both hands, switch arms.

There are plenty of ways to get fit while still staying up with school.

Talk to your doctor about going on some meds,,,Try Zoloft or something. Good luck
