Why should anyone else care about whether you LGBTSQ? Honestly, unless you're the one sleeping with them or in a relationship with them, why should you care? Gays don't care if they're going to go to hell for being in love with someone of the same gender. Seriously. We're all human.

I don't think that straight people care as much as they are afraid of it because there are a lot of misconceptions and general misunderstanding of gays/lesbians/trans/etc. If the only time that you were ever gay was at home with your significant other, then they wouldn't care in the least. But because you are among them working, living, breathing etc... they care because they don't want to even see it because its "weird" or "different".

We simply live in a messed up world filled with ignorant, messed up people... thats all.

Many major religions, including just about every Christian one, teach that homosexuality is unnatural or a sin. Western society by and large is based on a Christian worldview, so it's a view that's been inherited and taught, sometimes explicitly and sometimes implicitly (in a general intolerance or dislike of everything outside the norm).
That, and a lack of understanding about what homosexuality and alternative lifestyles mean to the people that practice them and to the people around the people that practice them. And fear that what they view as 'abnormality' will somehow upset the norm (re: the ridiculous yet often quoted statement that marriage between gays would violate the sacrament of heterosexual marriage. no proof has yet been offered of this).
Basically, it's "the other." And that's the unknown. And to a lot of people, that's scary or bad.
Which is highly unfortunate and is messing up a lot of people's lives.

Why do you assert that gays are going to hell for being in love with someone of the same gender? That is just what you did.

Its the fear of the unknown, usually straight jomophobic people link STD's to homosexuals and are afraid of them. But ijm with ya i dont think anyone should care and if someone of the same sex hits on you i would be flattered and if i were not bi just tell them i wasnt interested and thats all and let it go u know . well yea thats my opinion.

Amen! I am a straight woman and I know for a fact that with my gay friends that is such a VERY, VERY SMALL part of who they truelly are. There is sooooooooooo very much more to a person than their sexual orientation.

Attention Haters: get over it now please you are hating a bunch of whole humans for a very small part who they are!

Good point. I don't know why it concerns people so much. It's just a part of nature.

these ppl cant deal with something they don't understand.
they think there shouldn't be any gay or lesbians coz they think its wrong. but believe me once they get to know someone gay and get to know more about him or her, they start liking us. so its a matter of understanding.

wht we need to do is tell the world, WE ARE HERE. and let them know more about us so they can accept us and which is more important to respect us.
cheers

I'm concerned with anyone who chooses to call their sodomy a "right", a "genetic" disposition from God, an evolutionary process, a special privileges "race" of their own, who want to teach our children it is not destructive, they want sodomy web site access in schools, they want to repeat the Canadian laws and take our civil liberties and rights as Christians away to teach against the sins they practice and to call them so, and who want to bring judgment upon themselves and this nation. (It's a social medical and thus a financial problem as well) It is like a cancer to society this godless perversion of truth and the hatred and disrespect and bigotry for God, His true Word and Christians is prevalent.

Sodomy (not gay) is and is often associated throughout time with; idolatry, witchcraft, child sacrifice (abortion today would apply), strange flesh, fornication, beastiality, incest, rape, "ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ", "[filthy] dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.", " speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.", "all their hard [speeches] which ungodly sinners have spoken against him."(Jesus), "walking after their own lusts", "mockers in the last time". To name a few although you've already heard much of this and more already. I challenge you to look these words up in the free Lexicon, Bible dictionaries, and so forth available from Studylight.org and Blueletterbible.com or your Strong's concordance. The polluted Bible versions won't do. They leave out the word "sodomy" and replace it with "male temple prostitute". It is a lie that David was a homosexual. It is a lie that the sins of Sodom weren't homosexual in nature. It is a lie that gang rape was their sin of intention (they wouldn't have taken the woman instead of the men). It is a lie that God or the Bible allows for this sin whatsoever. Those who might be saved from this destructive life may well hear the truth. That makes it societies business.

Sodomy practices are not love in the true sense. The correct term is "vile affections", "filthiness of the flesh", "superfluity of naughtiness", "reprobate minds", "wickedness", "iniquity", "corruption", "carnality", "lust", "wantonness", "whoredoms", "lewdness", and "unnatural affections."
The two main reasons why we care? In summary;
1) (mentioned above) We will be judged as a nation for our sins. If this sin is not put out from among us, there is no remedy for the judgment that will follow. God is not mocked. Hell is real. Judgment is coming. For ALL humans, for every deed done in this body good or evil. We will reap exactly what we sow.
2) Because we hope that we can do as these verses instruct; "22 And of some have compassion, making a difference: 23 And others save with fear, pulling [them] out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh." God has no pleasure in the death of the wicked. We hope you will come to the light. It is our duty to cry out against sin so as not to be blood guilty and to defend our faith and stand for righteousness which exhalts a nation. We felt ashamed of our President for bringing shame to the office for committing adultery, licentious lascivious behavior. The same thing when we call ourselves Americans but we are ashamed of the crime rates, the licentious behavior to flaunt sexual and other sins publicly in rebellion against authority and God.
3) We want to protect our rights (mentioned above) and preserve our society.
4) We want others to know the truth who may be tempted by the bad example of others to white wash this sinful behavior.
{Don't delete me because you ASKED although I suspect you already knew the objections to your agendas}
