Venom is stronger, but that's why I love Spidey over Superman (Superman is invincible with amazing speed strength, where's the struggle). Spidey ain't the strongest or the smartest (thou he's smart). He does everything well, but he bulls-hits until he sees an opening makes alot of smart-*** comments. Saves the day and it always cost him something mostly being late.
Spidey just gets the job done.

well its a toughie have you ever heard the saying its good to be bad well it is it is easier not so much worries when being a bad guy. but spidey, come on he has to much stress with his aunt and his uncles death his wife and his best friend wanting revenge on himself.so venom wins
