Assuming you've set up your network and both computers are communicating with each other, all you have to do is share the printer. To do this, go into the printer settings and find the "share" tab. Simple as that.

Yes. When you install your printer just make sure it is shared on your network. Just remember your computer has to be on in order for other PC's to access it.
