I just got a KRZR. Even though it's past the return date, do you think verizon will accept a phone a month old that's perfectly clean without even a single scratch?

I just got a KRZR. Even though it's past the return date, do you think verizon will accept a phone a month old that's perfectly clean without even a single scratch? And will i be able to get a refund?

thats all up to how well you can negotiate and talk them into giving you a refund (you may have to get angry). but if you just ask like an idiot then NO they wont. i have before.

there is not any such ingredient as unlocked CDMA telephones. because of the fact Verizon activates the telephones, they are able to enable (or decline) despite telephone they want to their community. you're able to purchase a CDMA telephone, and want that Verizon could turn on it, because of the fact there have been events the place they have...in spite of the undeniable fact that it's not likely. they want money, and the only thank you to do it quite is that in case you purchase their telephones. yet another situation is that telephones have firmware...and telephones from different companies are going to have firmware that don't help Verizon's positive aspects and records. in an attempt to respond to your question, No, Verizon would not settle for unlocked telephones. a million. there is not any such ingredient as unlocked CDMA telephones. 2. Verizon themselves turn on CDMA telephones remotely, and that they could could settle for the telephone into their community...which they might no longer.

Im sure they would let you upgrade to a better phone...then retrurn that withing the 15 day grace perios :P thats what i would do...

no. you have a 15 day grace period. after that, you will have that phone for 2 years.

he's right unless you got it from an indirect dealer if so they may still take it back, no promises. but you can usually upgrade once every year or so.

If you want to return it, they should let you return it.
