the reactions i have gotten have for the most part been favorable and accepting. i am very passable and do not draw undue attention to myself. i have just always felt more comfortable as a woman. how would any of you feel if i worked with you what would your reaction be and why? please be respectful and if you cannot be then please just dont answer.

I'd gain respect for you. People that strong are hard to find.
If you're a woman then you're a woman. No one actually has a reason to care about the shape of your genitalia. They should keep their graphic thoughts about genitalia in the home where they belong.
I think most people spend their lives being what other people want instead of being themselves. There are people who huff and puff, but there are probably also a number of shy, withdrawn folks who feel unusually validated and gain strength in your company.

I absolutely wouldn't care one way or another. If you worked with me, you would never notice a difference in treatment between dressing as a man or dressing as a woman.
