Live help at http://homeworkhelp.com/ - but you set up an account and pay a fee for the live help.

Not live help at http://homework-help.aol.com/ is a good place to go for help. It's a searchable database.

I think the name of it is homework help.com.

If it is for defining words or looking up synonyms & antonyms I would suggest dictionary.com & thesarus.com.
