Yes, plant cells have a nucleus, they are eucariothic (I dont know how to write it) cells, every eucariothic cell has a nucleus. The ones without a nucleus are the procariotes.

yes, they do have a nucleus. Animal cells do to. The nucleus holds the chromosomes and DNA. I think the only main difference between plant and animal cells is that pc. have cell walls and chlorophyll and ac have membranes

Plant cells sure do have a nucleus!
The only organism that don't have a nucleus are prokaryotes.
