our offense is okay i guess, but our defense is horrible with long passes and running plays. i need help on how to stop them and if possible websites contaiing plays for recievers or runningbacks..thx!

have a line backer playing the middle. have your cornerbacks playing a lane all the way from the flats to the secondary. Have a safety watching the whole secondary and have a rusher going in.
On offense do real quick short plays. Have your receivers go in front of the defenders for a quick pass.

In two hand touch football, speed is key. Their running game won't get to far if you leave at least one of your fastest players on the line. To stop the deep pass have your corner backs play at least five yards off the line of scrimmage. Also, blitz at least one linemen, their quarterback won't have time to get the ball deep. One tip to keeping their passing gains to minimum is to stay behined them.Don't let them get in front of you.Even if they do complete it its a short gain.
