Nothing will happen, and the amount you poured in will just be overtaken by the coolant. The worst that could happen is you'll just have the coolant flushed and refilled. Pretty much washer fluid wont damage your engine.

Ok, fortunately you didn't add this stuff to your oil. It won't hurt anything if you just flush the coolong system and put fresh coolant in it. If you don't flush the cooling system it will cause the coolant to break down and corrode the metal parts inside your cooling system. Get it done within the next day or two.

Brake fluid although is nicely matched with the rubber factors used interior the cooling structures of maximum cutting-edge automobiles. I even have seen human beings use antifreeze to precise off their brake reservoirs, without prompt themes. that is not any longer recommended as a failure of your brake equipment ought to kill you & others. yet interior the bush or a existence&death state of affairs that is used to limp decrease back to civilization, at which factor you may desire to have the brake equipment flushed in the present day.

How much is a small amount? A couple ounces, or a good pour? If it's a small amount, I wouldn't worry about it. The alcohol in the washer fluid can be corrosive, but it will be diluted so much, it won't do any damage.
