The manufacturer is the same as the P-90. What you're asking about is the PS-90, not HS-90. The PS-90 is a civilian legal variant of the P-90. It comes in semi-automatic only and has a 16.04" barrel. One of the barrel manufacturer's, Jarvis I think, makes the 8" replacement barrel to bring the PS-90 to the profile of a P-90 (but it's still semi-auto only.) However, in order to do this you need a SBR (short-barreled rifle) permit from BATF.
