I have a 2004 Ford Taurus and when I am driving for awhile it will feel like something is dropping out of the bottom of my car. Kinda like a "jerking or pulling" sensation when I drive for more than 30 minutes or so. I am taking it to the dealership this week but want to have an idea of what it could be. If you have any ideas please let me know. Thanks

This doesn't sound much like a transmission problem. This particular car doesn't have much tranny trouble. Sounds like maybe the engine is falling on it's face. Maybe a fuel problem. Not really enough info. The engine and transmission in the 2004 Taurus is VERY durable. Not much ever goes wrong. It's probably not a big deal. I'm just guessing that there's a clogged fuel filter or bad plug wire. Good luck.

It could be hundreds of things. If its over heating it could be the engine. It could be the suspension it could be warped rotors, you need more details.
