Why take the fun out of it?
I only mention something if I plan to bring out the cuffs, whips, etc. Men can get a little freaked and I like to ask first whether they like that or not. No sense in scaring the poor guy!

It depends on the mood your trying to set. If you wanna set that romantic sensual mood then you prolly shouldnt but if you want that exciting "rough" sex then def do it...for a guy it gets them really into it....its like their own narrated porn story(you dont ahve to tape it) so it really depends on that mood you want

I've had a girl do that once ....... while we were "getting down to business" I forgot what she told me. But that didn't dampen any spirits we had even more fun. I think not knowing what partner has planed for you is half the fun.

Depends on the situation. Sometimes I tell, but usually I like to just surprise her. Nothing like a surprised, ecstatic look on her face.
