No ones going to take a minor into the record business. And your voice is still changing. Also, it costs a lot of money for everything! Making the album, paying everyone who is helping you.

Making music isn't about getting "signed" or getting a big record contract, because as most artists will tell you, you don't make money on albums sold anymore. You make money touring, licensing your music and selling merchandise. That's why so many hip hop artists start clothing lines and energy drinks and whatever else they can.

My suggestion to you is viral marketing. Use the internet to pimp yourself, creating a buzz that will hopefully make people come to you, rather than the other way around. Work on your skills, get your education and don't record a bunch of crap that's out there damaging your reputation. Only put it out if it's the best you can do. Anything less and you're only cheating yourself.

Figure out how to get your music on itunes. Better yet, form your own music publishing company, then go to itunes and get your stuff in the system.

hate to tell you but unless you have amazing talent, you won't get anywhere without knowing the right people... as you get older, you'll realize that success is 50 percent talent and 50 percent knowing the right people
