There are a few. Most;y bound to specific regions of Poland.
For example there s a tale of a dragon that used to live in a cave under Wawel (Krakow). It was so powerful nobody couldeven dream of defeating it. Then one daya young shoemaker Dratewka (literaly translated as Twine) pepared a sheep filled with sulphur. The dragon ate it, couldn't stop it's thirst eventually burst after drinking too much water from the Vistula river. That is a summary of the best known fairy tale but by no means the only one.
there is a chance that you can find a book of the best known ones in English or in both languages. I know for the fact that there are a few in Polish.
