no matter what anyone says you should always be yourself. your friends can choose their own style but they shouldn't tell you which one to choose. you're your own person and you have every right to be a tomboy if that's what you want to be. don't change who you are and don't listen to your friends. if you live life living it up to everyone else's standards you won't be very happy and you won't be happy not being yourself. tell your friends that you are who you are and you're not changing for anyone. tell them that if they want to change their style they can but you're your own person and if you don't want to change then you don't have to. they should accept your decision and stop pestering you about it. good luck!

That is actually a very common experience. I know some girls who dress like boys, and have went out with some. My GF was a tomboy growing up, but after meeting me (I'm not boasting or anything) she started acting more girlish. If you absolutly think that you should change yourself, don't go all out. Start by wearing a little make-up, or more girlish clothing.

You are at crossroads!! Do you think you will like being a dressy girl? If you have never tried to be a dress up girl then I suggest you try it out a couple of times and see how you feel. If it makes you uncomfortable to change in to a girl in your hood, then try it in another town. This will help you decide without any snooty remarks by the people you know!

I f u donot change you will be left with only genune friends, if you do the fakes (friends) will stick around longer till they let you down one inevitable day. However the practical aspect of your dilemma needs to be addressed too. well, you know shakespeare said " the world is a stage and we are all actors".
Like if you go to a picnic you dress differently than what you would when you go for a swim or for a wedding. so take your pick. just get practical.

i don't think you should change yourself. u will eventually get to the point where you will be interested in relationships, but don't rush it. bc even if you did, c'mon...would you care? No. exactly. you could work on ure manners and stuff a bit. girls are expected to be more well mannered then guys and burping and stuff is disgusting even when they do it, but other than that, wear what you feel you should wear, and go with your own pace.

u should change urself cuz after while i think it probabbly gets irrating i think u should try wearing skirts or tank tops on the next week and put on some makeup so people know that they should jus shut the hell up and leave u alone and u might feel good after the compliments.

properly, you are able to attempt my tip... Get some acquaintances or a chum. I advise attempt to get an extremely close pal. for the reason which you're ok inclusive of your loved ones, so which you think to be ok creating an extensive pal additionally. Then, once you're substitute into "2", continually carry out and accompany by your ultimate pal... you will never being shy to connect any crowd. for the reason which you be conscious of.. you at the instant are not on my own..! So, attempt to make a sturdy pal. p.c.. everybody.. women or boys.. yet i urge you to p.c.. a chum on the same gender and likewise to not p.c.. a discipline's challenge one. desire it incredibly works on you..! :-)

Dear confused, don't change who u really are! You don't need to listen to everything u hear. Be true to yourself don't change because you rely on other people's answers.Even know your friends are half the time right rely on YOUR answers not other people!!

you should not let what other people think get to you. they are just tryn to make themself seem better by putting you down. i mean like who cares about them. you should not change yourself bc you want to fit in or whatever. be who you wanna be, dress how you want to, act how you do. be yourself. who cares what others thinks. you play sports, so? your just althetic. you do not need to grow up. take a stand against them. tell them to shutup and stop teasing you. do not lose your friend to something like this. it isnt worth it.
