i'd like to see the 80s (i'm too young to have been there)
or the 20s...
or maybe the 90s, because i was too young to remember anything but the boy bands =)

Oh, people cared about fashion. Big time. It's just that the fashion was hysterical - big hair, blue eyeshadow, leg warmers, single gloves...?
I reckon I'd go to the late-70s/early-80s in NY and enjoy the birth of real hip hop. I'd hang out with Grandmaster Flash all the time and learn how to break dance.

Back to the Leave It To Beaver and Andy Griffith 50's. That was back when everyone didn't get strung out on crack, Ellen wasn't on TV, and you could get a coke for 5 cents. Although rock music sounds better today than back then.
Back Then: Frankie Avalon
Now: Disturbed
Back Then: The Teenagers
Now: Nonpoint

I'd take a half of the 60s, half of the 70s...... 1965-1974..... the era of revolution, awesome music, cool fashion, experimentation.... exciting times!!!!
I would kill to have gone to Woodstock, watch a bit of Hendrix with a joint in my hand. Mmmmmm

The 50s doo wop music and dancing looks like fun. Little problems like on Happy Days.
