Definitely need more information on this. What's the graph. Why are we trying to find speed/mass. etc. etc...

Well, there are a couple of possibilities. The graph could be the energy or force you need to move a mass to a particular speed. It could be about relativity, where particles increase their mass as they increase their speed...

Why don't you give us the WHOLE problem. This amount of info is not enough.

Do you know ANY equations that relate Speed and Mass? Even in terms of another variable? Look HARD at your textbook...
