they haven't been sold, but a new stadium deal in Pittsburgh didn't go through. they have been looking at moving the team - they've been to kansas city and houston scoping out facilities

No and why would you think they were? Last I knew they were taken off the market by Mario. They weren't sold and because the arena deal with the Casino didn't work he pulled them.
