Tension could be a part of it but it could also be that you two are in such a hurry to do this before your mom comes downstairs that you are not getting enough foreplay before he penetrates you.
If you are mature enough to be doing this with your boyfriend then be mature enough to talk to your mom about birth control.
Meanwhile I suggest you two find another spot to have sex - one that would allow you to have the time you need to experience it the way it was meant to be.

Yes, most of the time, if it hurts, it's either because 1) there wasn't enough foreplay or 2) you are tense.
If it hurts, you (the two of you) are doing something wrong.

hey i think it just hurst because yeah you might be worried she wil catch you but also because you have only done it 10 times. as the days go by and you have sex more often it will be okay.

I would bet you don't have enough lubrication (from stress or because you are rushing). Hopefully you are using condoms, but they can uncomfortable with out extra lubrication. Take your time and get some KY.
