First, it's got to be a good hot dog...like Nathan's. Sauerkraut, a little onion, a small amount of some really good German mustard and some celery salt. Also, put it on a good bun with poppy seeds.

Harry's Cafe De Wheels in Sydney does a great hot dog, with chilli beef, onions, cheese, mustard, tomato sauce, and I'm not quite sure what else but its absolutely scrumptious... hmmmmmmmmmmmm...
