another way- be at a church (ex: Anglican) Baans of marriage- lic to sign at the wedding (some don't require payment on the lic)

Well both the bride and groom have to apply in person. I'd just bring your ID and Birth Cert you might need it. Just the info you need is your full name, address, the state you were born in, DOB, mother's full maiden name and fathers name and the states they were born in, and just list your occupation. But mainly you and your fiancee have to apply in person together.
