dress nicely, no jeans or sweats. smile and shake the managers hand. speak slowly and calmly. tell them you love spending time with people. don't mention it if you will be needing lots of time off for school things. ask what type of hours they are looking to fill. tell them about any school activities they may relate to this position, or any babysitting you have done. ask 2 teachers or guidance counselors to write reference letters for you and bring with you to the interview. thank them for their time at the end. remember to breathe and smile the whole time. good luck.

I suppose you are interviewing for cashier or stock person. In that case they probably just want to get the impression that you will be a good worker and an honest person. Just go in and be confident and relaxed. Don't worry about questions so much just be ready to let them know you would like to work there and you can do whatever they ask of you. If you don't think you are able to do some of the work let them know you are willing to train for it and will be a quick learner.
