Dear 'Ilkie'! i just want to ask you that...?

Thanks for your answer, but I just want to tell you that i mentioned in question that "if I complete IELTS course with a good band(e.g. band 7.5 or better)" it shows that i am doing work on my IELTS course and I am working hard.I think you did not go through my question.I wanted to ask that can I go through the way of IELTS?
Plz have a look again on question seriously.
