I have shaved scraps of soap (dry) in a blender. The resulting powder will liquify much more easily. if you have a pump dispenser, that will probably work, or you could put it in a squeeze bottle. (once you add about an equal volume of water to the dry powder.)

Well, I remember making home made liquid hand soap once. Best I can remember is you grate the soap and then add water and mix it. Makes sense to me.

first yu take a soappowder putit in bowel and mixed with water next yu mixit still it disolved next we should boilit till it changed the colour
