The Star Traders Shop in VMK is not located on the Tomorrowland Map. It was renamed to The Inner-Space Shop. The only way to enter the shop is by completing all 3 of the quests in tomorrowland. You need to complete each quest because in the Inner-space quest, you will need both of the awards in the other 2 quests to complete it. You can enter the shop by going through the Shrinking Machine (space-suit magic required. Won by completing Tomorrowland Quest) and moving on from there. Hope this helps! :)

It's no longer called the Star Traders Shop. It's now called the Inner-Space shop. You get to it through the Shrinking Machine in Tomorrowland and you also have to have space suit magic to get there.
