My sister hasn't but my girlfriend has. She really needed a few new pairs and didn't have a second of time to herself. The only way you'll look like an idiot is if you show your uncomfortable. Just right down what kind you need to get on a big piece of paper, pull it out and ask for help with that piece of paper in hand if you're uncomfortable. There's nothing wrong with it anyway. It's a piece of clothing. Nothing more.
