My worst: Buying BKC at $13 and selling at $12. Ran all the way up to $20.
My best: Buying CHL at $26 and selling some at $48. I still hold some, though :)

Live and die with " the trigger" part every week!!!
My best was SIM ..steel co. in Mex... from Mar. to Dec.( Merry Christmas!!)
Worst was probably thinking 28/29 was the bottom for Chico's.... yeah, sure! Gave up at about 22...I think it's still there... don't even like to look anymore.
