Hell no!
I live like 30 miles away from him and never went to a Groundhogs Day in my life.
They pull this groundhog from the ground, snap cameras in his face, make him sound all important from these old men in funny hats, and then put a spot light on him to see his shadow.
Punxy is obsessed with Phil. They have statues of him on every corner. Each with a different theme.
I'll tell ya right now- 6 more weeks of winter.
