heh, dont TRY to be emo.. but i'll help you anyway.
1. go to hot topic..to the makeup section, and get some pink and turquoise eyeshadow, and some liquid eyeliner.
2. line your eyes with the eyeliner, and wait for it to dry. then smudge one of the eyeshadows all around your eye, or use both--one around your eye, one in the crease. then draw a little star next to your eye.
