For those who have hurt others? Do you feel bad about it now? How long did it take for you to understand that you really did something that was uncalled for to that person and feel regret or remorse? How long did it take for you to apologize or never did??

I do feel bad, it took a while, I did not always apoligize, and am totally unworthy of kissing the soles of the shoes of such nice saintly people as you.

I totally used to be the biggest b i t c h in high school. I feel so bad about it now, and i always apologize to those i tortured when i see them, now that im an adult.
They really appreciate it, and i sleep better knowing that they arent going to go postal on me later in life.

Everyone who has lived any length of time has hurt others, intentionally or not. I've felt bad about those I've hurt & apologized or tried to make it up to them. Some who have hurt me never have.

I have never hurt anyone on purpose unless in self defense and I don't feel bad (even though those people think I am a witch)

DISAPPOINTED EXEPCTATIONS IS THE CAUSE OF MOST NEGATIVE EMOTIONS
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE PREVENTS THOSE
"EXPECTATIONS" THAT THINGS BE OTHER THAN THEY ARE
