Your heart goes out to her? She's got enough priviledge, and when she drives recklessly and kills somebody, your heart doesn't go out to the victim's family, but to HER? Some people are nuts when it comes to celebrity worship.

She probably will get some kind of probation or pay off the family. Personally, I think she should pay for her actions, I am pretty sure it was an accident, but it was an accident that could of been avoided, It was said that she was unaware that the other cars had slowed down and she hit the car infront of her and then that car was thrown to the other lane to incoming traffic and was hit by another car that killed this women, what could of been sooo important that would of distracted her from slowing down?
Now theres a family that lost a mother, wife, daughter and Brandy continues her normal lavish life. No I dont think so, she needs to serve some kind of time.

It was a woman who was killed.
Your heart should go out to the woman and her family and friends. Brandy's a human being, like the rest of us. Why shouldn't she be held accountable for her actions?
And, it was reported that traffic was slowing and she didn't. She was at fault. Yes, she did make a public apology and send her condolences to the woman's family, but she still caused the accident. I know she must feel awful, but she still has to pay for her actions.

I am sorry Brandy should have been paying attention!!! Someone died my sympathy goes to the family & friends of the victim not her!!! Just because she has money does not mean she should go free and pay the family off as if money could replace the one they lost.

There's a $50 million civil action filed against her by the woman's family. CHP is trying to have her properly charged. I feel sorry for the woman's family - they will have to live w/o their mother and loved one for the rest of their lives. What will Brandy have to live without - money, maybe a slap on the wrist?

I wouldn't be suprised if the jury found her not guilty. She is a celebrity afterall, and being such she deserves special benefits other than the incredible amount of fame and fortune (Please insert a sarcastic tone to go with the previous statement). If this happened to anyone else they'd be convicted in minutes.

Yeah that is particularly unhappy. no longer because of the fact she might flow to detention center because of the fact it ought to in basic terms be a 300 and sixty 5 days. It basically might desire to be particularly destructive understanding you have been in touch in somebody's death. residing with that is worse than detention center.

I think they will offer her a pleas deal for a lesser charge and she will just pay off the family and get to go back to her life.
