Definitely would have to be Leatherface from the Texas Chainsaw movies. Just hearing a chainsaw gets my heart beating faster. I'm sure I would be paralyzed with fear.

It would have to be the blob from The Blob. It's the perfect monster that can only be stopped by cold. Unless you can call up a winter in a heartbeat, it's impossible to stop it. :)
