I used to work at Disneyland and it's usually considerably less crowded on Super Bowl Sunday. ESPECIALLY if it's a California team that's gone to Super Bowl. =P
But yeah, I can't GUARANTEE it'll be less crowded, but from my experience, it always was. Plus, this is Disneyland's "off-season" right now.

I've never gone to any amusement parks on Super Bowl Sun, but it might be less crowded or could work opposite & be more crowded w/some people thinking same way & taking their kids there, esp kids that dont care about the Super Bowl the way many adults do, I know we've been pleasantly surprised on Father's day one year to find a park less crowded than normal, I think once we went on the Fourth of July & it also wasnt quite as crowded as we wouldve expected it to be, you'll have to try it & see for yourself
