I would immediately call the cops!!!
They would need to come and confiscate the drugs, they should also have all $2000.00 (if you know what I mean) of the money turned over to them immediately!
Finding the drugs with no cash might seem a little strange. Finding the drugs with LESS than $10,000.00 cash would be possible in the opinions of every one who may be observing.
The dealer could expect that some of the cash could turn up missing after the car had been around a while and gotten all the way to the junkyard. The police would be appreciative of the $2000.00.

I hope this is just a theoretical questiion, but drugs I would turn over to the RCMP immediately, now if it was cash............oh what fun... But yes I would turn it in as well because if unclaimed in 3 months I would be able to collect it, and $10,000 would probably be drug money anyway and how would the owner explain that to the cops.
When you tell the truth, you never have to remember what you said.

Turn it in and get rid of the car. I would not want to be driving it when a dealer saw it and shot me just because he did not take the time to see who was driving. They would know the car any place.

I'd keep the drugs, and then I'd use the money to buy drugs.
