Secretly monitor their myspace account, find out as much as you can about them and where they live. Then physically follow them for weeks - take tons of photos and cover the inside of your basement bedroom at your parents house with them. Then when the time is right, like the 2nd anniversary since you found their myspace account, approach them and tell them you love them and show them the tattoo you have of their face covering your entire back.
