I use MAC and love it. Personally I wouldnt go with waterproof eyeliners because they are so hard to wash off unless you have a really goos facial cleanser.

MAC's liquid liner is great.. doesnt smugg... and it looks amazing... the pencil liners are good too... i specially like the white liner and the crazy colored ones...
