Bollywood is a lousy copy of Hollywood. Indian movies are produced in Bombay that so this is the best term they could come up with. The story or the theme of their movies mostly revolve around social issues in which love & relationship holds a paramount importance.
The setup is mostly musical and a superficially utopian image is portrayed which is not even close to what India is all about.
Hollywood makes movies on varied subjects but Bollywood is confined within Indian culture & other local issues.
