Um, sorry, but tax cuts have nothing to do with SPENDING increases. It is up to CONGRESS which is controlled by the DEMOCRATS to keep spending within the limits of revenue. All companies have to do this, all States have to do this, and guess what, all Americans have to do this. How come the Democrats don't get it, you can't have 1/2 of the Nation paying NO TAXES and still want to punish the wealthy? How about this, we let the unemployment benefits go back to 26 weeks, we cut all government subsidies to all programs. I could go on, but NEITHER party wants to FIX the problems and it doesn't help that the DEMOCRATS in Congress have expanded the Federal Government by 25% without thinking about how to pay for any of it and all they do is complain about how the Republicans are evil and stop them. How can the Republicans stop the Democrats when the Democrats hold super majorities?

1. I have to agree with everything dze said, except I would have to change the last statement to spirituality and ethics. The word religion presupposes that spirituality is a one size fits all proposition, and it is not even supposed to be.

2. I think disunity is a big problem, and it makes it possible for the Globalists elite to further their agendas, because if we are busy bickering with each other, we are not paying attention to what they are doing.

3. Environmental concerns, because if we don't take care of this planet, we won't have a planet for long.

4. Excessive military spending because that money could do really good things for all the people of this world if it was used in more beneficial ways.

5. Domestic issues: like poverty, homelessness, health care, etc.

Extreme mistrust of the government is the worst problem facing this country. You're a fool, of course, if you blindly follow everything someone in the government tells you, but everyone misinterprets that cautionary piece of advice as "you can't believe ANYTHING the government says". Everyone thinks that not listening to their government is the only way they'll hope to survive, but to take away the government is to introduce pure and utter chaos.

Don't worry, folks. Bush will be out of office soon enough, the war will be over (hopefully in our favor), and then we can all get on with our lives.
