My friend sent me the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in my life...good LORD, I can't even bring myself to think of anything else.. its SO DISGUSTING. Ugh..Please...I need to forget this fast..I can't just stop thinking about it...I feel sick D:<

Have you removed the image from around you?
First, let your so-called friend know you don't appreciate him/her sending that to you. It's obvious that the "friend" doesn't know you at all and is really NOT a good friend.
Secondly, immerse yourself in something you really enjoy and/or listen to your favorite music (which tends to bring out pleasant memories of associations.)
Lastly, have a cup of tea and watch some television just for the distraction.
If none of that works, you may need to see a professional - make a doctor's appointment!

Maybe you could pose a question on Spirituality and Religion, and then remove it before anyone can give you a straight forward answer.... That will relieve a little of the tension, and venting will help remove the image from your mind.
