Spybot search and destroy does not delete browsing history.

Webroot Window Washer does delete your browsing history at $29.95/year

CCleaner does it for free.

Install options: Check “install shortcuts” options only during install.
(You can change these options later in Options-Settings)

Open CCleaner
Windows settings: Check all but advanced option boxes and Autocomlete Form History. Checking Autocomplete Form History box.deletes saved IE passwords; try not checking this box first.

Application settings: Verify that all internet browser boxes are checked.

In Options - Settings: Check box "Run when computer starts"
In Options - Cookies: Move cookies you want to save into the save list.
