I would not change anything. There would be little use in changing only one thing, since there would be so many other terrible things, and also great things, that would have happened.

Mmm... just one thing...

Wouldn't it be great if the Beatles never broke up, and they kept making albums until the 80s or even beyond?

And what if Mozart never died so young, but instead lived to be 100? Think of all the great works he might have done.

What if the 2000 election were conducted differently with a full recount in Florida? And what if Al Gore had won?

Its hard to choose just one thing.

If there was an event in history that I would change it would be slavery. I think it was very dehuminizing for white people to own blacks simply because of their skin color. Even though it happen a long time ago(not that long) there is still forms of it below the surface and in many peoples mind today.

Well, as obvious as 9/11 is, I think that I will have to say the assassination of John Lennon. The reason why I say this is because he was not a politician, nor was he government affiliated. However, he had a strong belief in PEACE. And no telling where we would be today if his continued leadership were still ongoing from then until now.

Can I change the War of the Worlds radio broadcast to make it true?

If not (or maybe even if so), I guess I second the apple thing. Peace and happiness doesn't sound bad, now.

President Lincoln's assasination. He was on a very good track. I think our country would be far better off had he not been murdered.
