There are a number of things which you should do if you have not been circumcised - firstly, several times each day, you should pull your foreskin right back to expose the sulcus or groove behind the head and you should then wash the area very thoroughly with warm water and a mild baby soap until there is no trace of smell. This is vitally important to hygiene and for the prevention of the accumulation of smegma. Secondly, you should fully retract your foreskin every time you pee, holding the skin back until you have completely finished. Thirdly, you should consider getting yourself circumcised. It is much healthier and better to be circumcised. Circumcised men enjoy much enhanced hygiene, comfort, appearance to women, self-esteem and both they and their female partners enjoy FAR better sexual sensation during intercourse. There are no disadvantages, whatever the anti-circumcision campaigner might tell you - they are usually young, inexperienced women or uncircumcised men, both of whom can know nothing about the subject except by hearsay from other anti-circ campaigners, so ignore them! All males really should be circumcised.

The first thing you should do each and every day is to thank your parents for not butchering your penis, for leaving you intact and whole!
Just skin it back when you are in the shower use a mild non-perfumed soap (if any), skin it back part way when you urinate.
Find an appropriate partner so you both can enjoy it the way it was meant to be!
Here is a study that shows that men contimplating circumcision should be warned of possible loss of sensitivity before they can give informed consent for surgery.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query...
Exerpts from the report:
Masood S, Patel HR, Himpson RC, Palmer JH, Mufti GR, Sheriff MK.
OBJECTIVES: Currently no consensus exists about the role of the foreskin or the effect circumcision has on penile sensitivity and overall sexual satisfaction. Our study assesses the effect of circumcision on sexually active men and the relative impact this may have on informed consent prior to surgery.
Penile sensation improved after circumcision in 38% (p = 0.01) but got worse in 18%, with the remainder having no change. Overall satisfaction was 61%.
CONCLUSIONS: Penile sensitivity had variable outcomes after circumcision. The poor outcome of circumcision considered by overall satisfaction rates suggests that when we circumcise men, these outcome data should be discussed during the informed consent process. 2005 S. Karger AG, Basel
One out of five men circumcised suffers loss of sensitivity and one out of three is not satisfied with the results, these are not very good odds. This damage is also likely when babies are circumcised but the problems will not be apparent for many years.
I would point out that while this study shows that adult men should be warned of the possibility of sensitivity loss before they can give "informed consent" to circumcision, there is no way that a newborn boy can give his informed consent to an elective procedure that has a greater than 1 in 5 chance of leaving him with an impaired sex-life.
His body. His choice.

Nothing much really. When taking a shower just remember to retract the foreskin all the way so the glans (penis head) is completely exposed. Then wash that area under the foreskin with water and mild soap like any other part of the body. That's about it.
