i dont wanna be that much taller cuz i cant wear my fave. high heels, but i wanna model and u have to be so tall for that. i don't get why bc its not even that attractive, and id prefer myself the way i am. im stuck in a rut, is there nething i can do?!

There are other types of models besides those who do high fashion or editorial. There are options in catalog, commercial print, runway, petite, body parts, hair, fitness, and character modeling.

I don't know a model who has a "perfect" body. Few do. And even fewer people can agree as to what "perfect" is.
Modeling isn't as glamorous as some people think. Fore example, most models, the days they're working, have to shave just about everything at least once. Bright lights are very unforgiving.
Can't do much about height -- though there's a need for models of varying heights.

You want to look up "Petite Modeling" - just because the "normal" model scene does not want anyone shorter than 5' 11" does not mean you cannot get into modeling.

But anyways, personally I think your height is perfect. It's hard to find a woman that height - and most are not as comfortable with their height as you are - they all want to be taller or otherwise be what they are not. I like you - you want to be yourself!

firstly im 5'2 n im 13 and im a model...well im actually signed with an agency.i Know its hard to hear but u can still model but probably not runway. if your 15 or older you might be screwed cuz you might not grow that much but if your like 11-13 you might just grow up tp 5'6 or 5'7. you can still model!!!!! just follow your dreams and learn to accept rejection! :D

Well most people are not finished growing till they are about 18 so maybe you still have time.
If you are already over 18 then don't sweat it. Guys like girls "our" height. I love never being too tall for a guy, it happens to some girls.

There are very few people who are "model perfect". There are other types of modeling (hair, hands, etc) aside from fashion modeling that you might look into. Otherwise, just be happy with who you are!

dont worry about it! People are never happy with themselves. Im 5'7 and 115 lbs...i wish i was fatter and shorter sometimes. But hey im unique and so are you. I've always thought that short girls look better wearing heels...i personally dont wear them that much because i think im already tall enough...but hey...to each his own

you don't need to do runway model, but hair or photo shoot for other products.
my friend is 5 feet1, and she is a model too. height is not a big deal, just go to other type of model.

try places/ads that only take pics of parts of you like your face, waist, legs, etc. not your whole body. but i know you can't do high end fashion or runways, sorry.
don't lose hope though!! rachel bilson, eva longoria, christina aguilera, and carmen electra are ALL 5'2"!!! and they are sexy and they model for designer brand names sometimes! just keep trying and keep up your confidence!
