I'm 13, and my penis is becoming fuzzy. I want to shave it, but I'm afraid I might cut myself. Can you tell me the proper way?

I do not know why you would want to shave it, but I guess that is your choice...
DO NOT use and electric razor-you will get bad razor bumps, and they itch.
Take a nice warm shower first to soften the hair and skin.
Use lots of shaving cream.
When you shave, do not go against the way the hair is growing, only with the way the hair is growing.
Keep the skin tight at the area you are shaving. This means you have to move things around a bit as you shave.
You will nick yourself a few times, but it is not a big deal.

Just like shaving your face, practice makes perfect.....Just be gentle at first until you get use to shaving down there.
