I would call you a "detailer"
Personally, I will say detailer, because there are detail shops everywhere that detail cars, and make them look fantastic. That is what they do, and are called for sure.
A "porter" is more of a "transporter" of goods for people, a material handler so to speak. Has nothing to do with cleaning anything. Just carrying stuff around, so porter is incorrect.
