Biloxi is a gorgeous place! Actually I travelled from the North through Mobile, Biloxi, and finally to New Orleans. Biloxi is your mini Vegas of the South. There are casinos, if that's your thing. It's waterfront & just beautiful to be at. I didn't spend much time - half a day. Went to Grand Casino. Nice atmosphere.
Mobile Alabama - just passed through it. Stopped only for gas, but here's a website for a list of things to do/see there: http://www.fabuloustravel.com/usa/mobile10/mobile10.html
For Pensacola, check out http://www.pensacolasgreatest.com/ThingstoDo.html
I personally have never been there, but friends have come back telling me that it's a very scenic place. Beaches!
Have a good time..

Biloxi has parade and some discos, also shopping. Mobile has a fun attitude and some landscape activities. Pensacola is boring and distrusting to visitors, they had a base camp. Travel around and shop light. No further enthusiasm is needed except for the zoo near Pensacola, and perhaps the Cipress Gardens nearby, they are cool but not at all interesting to many.
