Alexander is also notable for portraying Michael Jackson in the 2004 VH-1 biographical telefilm Man In The Mirror: The Michael Jackson Story, which aired its debut on August 6, 2004. Flex was once a back up dancer for the hip-hop girl group Salt-N-Pepa. More recently, he played the character of rapper Three G's in Snakes on a Plane.
Alexander is married to R&B singer Shanice, with whom he has two children.
Flex is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. He also was a cast member on the comedy series "Uptown Comedy Club" along with Comedian Tracey Morgan (Saturday Night Live), Talent ( WKRS Kiss Morning Show) and Corlwin "The Atomic Dogg" Moore ( Former writer for Saturday Night Live.
