everyone stares at me in the locker room and always ask me "how big is it" and say stuff like "look at that monster".i am 14 and im not sure if my pen!$ is big or what? i am circumsized. should i be freaked out because everyone stares at my pen!$ my coach even said "damn look at that snake". has this ever happened to you guys?

The average erect white male is 5.5" long. so if you have that beat you are well endowed. If you are over 8" most guys would think you're well endowed and some guys are even lucky enough to measure in close to 12" so maybe that gives you a range to work with.
Lots of guys look, few mention that they do--its considered taboo.
A coach making mention? Shouldn't happen, that's tantamount to sexual harrassment, holding you up to ridicule....its probably unethical for a teacher to do that...
I would report that comment to your administration. As to the other guys....take the comments/looks as envy.
And, I assume they are commenting when you are not walking around with a huge hard on either....so my guess is you are well endowed.
On the other hand, if you are walking around with a *****, their comments are saying more than how big you are....and if you measure under 5.5" hard, then like the guy above suggests they may be making fun of you.

If guys are telling you "look at that monster" and "how big is it" and crap like that Then I would say you sound as if you are one of the lucky ones who is overly endowed.
Also I am slightly concerned about all the attention these guys are paying to your cok. Do you go to Queer High? I only had a few guys ever comment about my penis and they wanted to suck it. So don't bend over in the shower at your school, or watch for guys that keep dropping the soap at your feet.

Well is it said in a sarcastic/joking tone or serious. If it's the former then they're probably pulling your leg and trying to hide there own fears. But if it's the second then you must have a bigger penis then them and they are acknowledging it. Make sure they spread the word to the girls so you can get something out of it.

I would say that if they are making comments like that it would mean that it is large. I have only ever had that happen to mo once at the showers at the beach when a total stranger was talking about it

I kinda had the same problem at school. I developed before most of the others and mine was at least twice the size of the others. It was embarassing at the time. Now I count myself a VERY lucky man.

yeah that has happened. People can get concited that way (I sure hope I spelled that right). If that is not you then you shouldn't follow along. The best thing to do is to not care.
