It depends on how old you are, really. There will come a time, though, that you cannot let past relationships rule your present ones because of being hurt. Sometimes you just have to let go and let it be what it really is, a good thing. You can't punish every guy that comes along for someone elses mistakes....you'll never find out how great love can be.....

if you mean expensive or not. I say "not". Be patient, I say if you get him something cheap and he looks as though you spit on him or something, dump him, he's a user. And tell him to go cheap too. Don't put pressure on yourself after 6 weeks. He'll be okay with whatever you get him. Trust me, if he doesn't get it, or wants more, he's a baby, dump him.

i would be careful because after six weeks you really don't know each other in an intimate way. i'm not talking sexual. my red light would go on when someone after a few months would say i love you!
